Entering a booming CBD market.

The US CBD market grew by over 700% in 2019. At the peak of this growth LeafLine Wellness, LLC approached Bolin. They wanted their piece, but weren’t sure where to start. That’s where I came in. I dived headfirst into the industry. I interviewed stakeholders, consumers, converts and critics. I got to know the players and the trends. Eventually I put my thoughts down and we presented a strategy to our client. We suggested they enter the market with two very different brands. One, a brand for the authentic outdoors people, the other, a lighthearted brand for convenience shoppers. In what remains the most collaborative brand building effort I’ve been part of, we built two brands from scratch. Then helped launch them into the maelstrom.
