Polaris started as a small rural business run out of a shed in northern Minnesota. Now, it's one of the most innovative equipment and vehicle manufacturers in the world. But, as with most large organizations, it struggled to adapt its brand - to accomodate for rapid expansion and success. Hypothetically, it was riddled with stretch marks. So a talented team at Olson and I took on the challenge of redefining Polaris, and giving the company some clear constructs within which to grow and adapt.
